Chief Executive Officer
Greg is an experienced executive with over 20 years of
international marketing and management experience in the communications
technology industry. Prior to Antenova, he was the CEO of the wireless
start-up PipingHot Networks, where they successfully raised $27M US in
venture capital funding and brought broadband fixed wireless access
equipment to market. Previous to PipingHot, Greg was Senior VP Customer
Operations at Lucent Technologies where he managed the 1500 person
Customer Technical Operations Group for Europe, Middle East and Africa
(EMEA). He preceded this by leading sales operations for the Eastern
Region of the United States for Lucent. Earlier in his career he held
engineering, product management and other managerial roles at AT&T
and IBM.
Greg holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Iowa
State University, an M.S. in Systems Engineering from Purdue University,
and Executive Business Programs at the University of Illinois, Harvard,
and INSEAD.

Chief Scientist and Co-inventor
As Chief Scientist and co-inventor of HDA® technology,
Simon has overall responsibility for determining and carrying out
research activities at Antenova. He has academic qualifications in
Physics, Radio Astronomy and Space Physics and a lifetime of research
into radar and antennas, including 4 years at GEC Marconi Research
Centre developing over-the-horizon radar systems. He is an Honorary
Professor at Sheffield University, England and an Honorary Professor at
Griffith University, Brisbane, Australia. Simon is a Fellow of the
Institution of Electrical Engineers, a Fellow of the Royal Astronomical
Society and in 1997 he was an IEE Faraday lecturer. Simon is an
international radar expert and the author of a textbook on radar. He is
also the author of many technical journal publications, conference
publications and presentations, patents and major technical reports. In
November 2007, Prof Kingsley received the Ambrose Fleming Medal for
achievement in Communications for his key role in the field of radio and
antennas for mobile communications.

Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing
Colin is an experienced sales professional with over 25
years experience in the electronics and telecommunications industry. As
Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing at Antenova, Colin has
worldwide responsibility for Antenova's direct sales teams and indirect
sales channel as well as marketing Antenova's full range of
antennas and RF antenna modules into its target markets. Prior to
joining Antenova, Colin was co-founder of distributor company Broadband
Technology, where he spent 12 years managing and selling telecom
franchises such as PMC-Sierra, Vitesse, Wintegra etc. into major OEMs
like Nortel, Fujitsu, Ericsson and 3Com. Earlier in his career, Colin
held sales and engineering positions at Memec. Colin holds a B.Sc in
Electronics Engineering.

Director of Research and Development
As Director of R&D, Dr. Iellici and his team are
responsible for developing new and innovative solutions in antenna and
RF technology and the delivery of new products to market. Prior to
joining Antenova, Dr Iellici was Chief Antenna Designer at Telit Mobile
Terminals S.p.a., where he designed handset antennas, satellite antennas
and low-SAR systems. He is the author of many antenna patents, has
comprehensive experience in designing antennas for handsets and laptops,
and his designs have been manufactured in millions of units. Dr.
Iellici has a PhD in theoretical physics and joined Antenova in 2003.

Director of Finance
Chris has over 20 years experience in senior management and
commercial development roles. As Director of Finance, Chris has overall
responsibility for global finance at Antenova as well as providing
support for Antenova's global operations. Prior to joining Antenova
Chris was Managing Director of BioDot Ltd, a supplier of specialized
dispensing equipment to the biotechnology industry. Chris has also held
sales and marketing and business development roles in several medical
diagnostic companies as well as managing an NHS hospital laboratory.
Chris holds a BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry and is a member of MAAT.

Operations and Taiwan Country Director
Christy is an experienced procurement professional with over
15 years experience of purchasing and procurement in the telecoms and
electronics manufacturing industry. Christy has a breadth of experience
and knowledge gained from her many years of management roles with
leading Electronic Manufacturing Service (EMS) companies such as
Foxconn. As Taiwan Country Director, she has overall responsibility of
leading the manufacturing and delivery of Antenova's products. Previous
to Antenova, Christy was Sr Purchasing Manager at Dreamcom Corporation
and held program and procurement management roles at Foxconn. Christy
has a BA in Management Information Systems and an MBA from the
University of Memphis, Tennessee.
