We are delighted to introduce a new webinar series all about selecting and integrating the right antenna for your wireless project. In part one Antenova's Sales Manager for the Americas, Robert Dumont, explains where to start when choosing an antenna.
In this video, Robert explains:
- What you need to identify before starting the selection process (e.g. device application, best possible antenna location and required performance, frequency bands and carrier requirements).
- Things to be aware of, including surrounding materials, any additional antennas and considerations if you're working with a multi-stacked PCB.
- What to know when choosing antenna location on the PCB - for instance, ensuring the chosen area can accommodate the type of antenna used and reviewing the design rules.
