Antenova is looking for a Sales Manager to win antenna sales in the West Coast America market and strengthen Antenova’s growth and profitability by introducing new customers and developing existing relationships.
The responsibilities of the role will include developing a pipeline of sales opportunities, building relationships with major OEM customers, managing our distribution channel and arranging customer/distributor training. You will also form relationships with leading wireless module manufacturers, complete tenders and manage engineering co-operative programmes and co-design activities. You should be able to recognise new market trends and develop strategies to address them.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years’ experience in a sales environment in antennas or a related RF component business, strong negotiation and closing skills and knowledge of the M2M/ IoT market across North America. More details here: Sales Manager – US West Coast.

This position is to lead the design of antennas from conception to production and lead in antenna projects and customer projects, using various technologies and innovative solutions.
We are looking for someone who can use ADS momentum to simulate designs, take customer projects from the design stage and development to MP, participate in all aspects of the workings of the team and contribute to the business development and manufacture of antenna systems.
